Expanding Across Spain: Focus on Authentic and Rural Properties

After more than ten years of working exclusively in our own region within the Comunidad Valenciana, we began receiving more and more requests from outside our original area. These came both from owners of characterful fincas and village houses, as well as from buyers specifically looking for this type of authentic property.
A common complaint is that traditional real estate agents pay little attention to rural properties. There’s often a lack of knowledge about historical construction methods, little interest in a property's history, and a clear preference for the faster sale of new developments.
Buyers also run into frustration: those searching for terms like fincaold village house or Spanish farmhouse are often shown modern villas in urbanizations instead. That can be discouraging.
That’s why we’ve expanded our services to cover all of Spain, offering a carefully curated selection of homes with soul. Our approach remains small-scale and focused, with each property selected for its location, character, authenticity, and historical value.

Location & Surroundings

Tucked away in the lush, lesser-known interior of Andalusia—far from the busy tourist hotspots along the coast—you'll find one of Spain’s most expansive protected natural areas: the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. Covering 210,000 hectares, it's the largest of its kind in the country. Located in the province of Jaén in northeastern Andalusia, the park gained official status as a natural reserve in 1986 due to its rich diversity in plant and animal life. Since then, it has also been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and a Special Protection Area for birds under EU legislation.
