At Rustic Property Spain we limit ourselves to two types of houses, Fincas and Village houses. The word Finca is for many northern europeans a familiar word, but for those who are not familiar with the term, here and short explanation. A finca in Spanish means several things. A finca can be a building plot, a block of houses in a town or a farm or otherwise a rural property. On this website finca means the latter, namely an old Spanish farm or farmhouse. So if you want to buy a finca on the Costa Blanca you will find a small selection of fincas below. These fincas are often located in very rural areas but still within just a stone's throw away from the coast.
Some of these fincas are in more or less state of decay and that is what we specialise in. They are generally very old original houses that can be restored or refurbished to your tast. Take a look and don't hesitate to contact us.
