The word Finca is for many northern europeans a familiar word, but for those who are not familiar with the term, here and short explanation. A finca in Spanish means several things. A finca can be a building plot, a block of houses in a town or a farm or otherwise a rural property. On this website finca means the latter, namely an old Spanish farm or farmhouse. So if you want to buy a finca on the Costa Blanca you will find a small selection of fincas below. These fincas are often located in very rural areas but still within just a stone's throw away from the coast.
